Overview

Where we operate:
Opening January 2026: West Philly Hub located at 316 N. 42nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104 (serving participants citywide).


Coming later in 2026: North Philly Hub with the same weekly menu, so no one has to cross the city for core services.

What we offer
Training, record-relief clinics, 1:1 coaching & mentorship, care packages + transit, and partner office hours (housing, jobs, education, health).

Note: 2CV coordinates access; specialized services (like legal or housing placement) are delivered by partners.

Our Reentry Services

  • Connections to vocational programs, union apprenticeships, employer partners, and job fairs. Resume help, interview prep, and verification letters as needed.
    What to expect: skills screen + referrals; job fair invites; follow-ups until placed

  • We provide financial literacy courses. We help open safe bank accounts, set up direct deposit, enroll in credit-builder programs, and build a budget. We’ll also point you to consumer protection resources.
    What to expect: banking checklist + appointment; optional 3-month credit-builder plan.

  • Delivered with law firms and nonprofit partners:

    • Expungements & Record Sealing

    • One-on-One Consultations

    • Legal Assistance & Document Preparation

    • Pardon Application Support
      Note: Legal representation is provided by partner organizations where applicable.
      What to expect: screening → legal referral; clinics announced via 2CV App

  • Warm handoffs to counselors, peer groups, and community health resources. We host wellness circles and practical workshops on stress, sleep, and recovery.
    What to expect: referral options within 3 business days; optional peer-support group.

  • We help you map immediate and long-term options—from transitional housing to permanent affordable units—through our partner network. We also assist with applications, documents, and appeals.
    What to expect: referral within 3–5 business days; check-ins at 30/60/90 days.

  • Referrals to GED/HiSET, community college, 4-year programs, and industry certifications. Plus digital skills training (Microsoft 365, email, AI basics) on-site or via the 2CV App.
    What to expect: education plan + tutoring/workshop schedule.

    Meet a 2CV Navigator (in person or virtual). We build a short action plan with 30/60/90-day goals.

    We connect you to trusted partners, workshops, job fairs via our 2CV App to track progress.

2CV Care Package (limited availability)

For members facing immediate needs, 2CV offers a starter care package to stabilize the first 30 days—transit support, basic essentials, and connection to services. Donor-funded and distributed based on need during intake.
