2nd Chance Voters (2CV) is a welcoming place that helps returning citizens land on their feet—through training, mentorship, record relief, partner referrals, and basic needs support—so they can fully reintegrate society and participate in civic life.

Reentry First.

A Plan, A Path, A Voice.

Overview

Where we operate:
Opening January 2026: West Philly Hub located at 316 N. 42nd Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104 (serving participants citywide).

Coming later in 2026: North Philly Hub with the same weekly menu, so no one has to cross the city for core services.

What we offer
Training, record-relief clinics, 1:1 coaching & mentorship, care packages + transit, and partner office hours (housing, jobs, education, health).

Note: 2CV coordinates access; specialized services (like legal or housing placement) are delivered by partners.

Our Reentry Services

How It Works

  • Step 1 — Join 2CV

Become a member. Tell us what you need—housing, jobs, education, health, banking, record relief.

  • Step 2 — Make a Plan

Meet a 2CV Navigator (in person or virtual). We build a short action plan with 30/60/90-day goals.

  • Step 3 — Stay Connected

We connect you to trusted partners, workshops, job fairs via our 2CV App to track progress.

2CV Care Package (limited availability)

For members facing immediate needs, 2CV offers a starter care package to stabilize the first 30 days—transit support, basic essentials, and connection to services. Donor-funded and distributed based on need during intake.
