Your voice. Your vote. Your community.

2nd Chance Voters (2CV) is a welcoming place where returning citizens learn, connect, organize and show up together in civic life.

Starting January 2026, we open our North Philly hub.
West Philly hub opens later in 2026 with the same weekly offerings.

What makes 2CV different - Led by returning citizens. Year-round. On the blocks most campaigns don’t visit or know how to reach and engage.

Year-Round Voter Engagement — (we go where others don’t)

All year, 2CV Fellows / Community Organizers with lived experience take the work to the doors, the shops, and the stations—places most campaigns skip. We earn trust, answer real questions, help on the spot, and invite people back to the hub.

Paid field shifts available for 2CV Fellows / Community Organizers.

Knock doors most campaigns skip. Answer questions, share deadlines, register/update voters on the stoop, and recruit neighbors to the hub.

Boots on the Ground (“BOG”)

Block to the Ballot (“B2B”)

Go where real talk happens: barbershops & hair salons tours. Host pop-ups that inform, recruit, and send folks to the hub.

Sign Up To Join A Track

Platform to the Polls (“PTP”)

Meet riders at SEPTA stations. Share deadlines, help with registration/mail-in on tablets, and sign up returning citizens on the spot.

The 2CV Fellowship

Train

Community organizing, civic education, storytelling, field ops. Engage neighbors with confidence and clarity.

The 2CV Fellowship trains returning citizens to become 2CV Fellows / Community Organizers (paid)—equipped to organize on the blocks most campaigns don’t reach and bring new members into the hubs. It’s a track toward community leadership.

Organize

After graduation, serve as a 2CV Fellow / Community Organizer (paid) in our three tracks.
