2nd Chance Voters (2CV) is a Philadelphia-based 501(c)(3) reentry and social-justice organization. We connect justice-impacted citizens to housing, job training and placement, education, mental health care, banking and credit access, and limited legal record relief—then provide year-round community engagement plus nonpartisan voter education and registration. Our goal is simple: help people returning from incarceration reclaim their voice, exercise their right to vote, and participate fully in democracy and community life.
Reentry Services
